Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any related fields,
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in upstream oil and gas,
- Strong understanding of upstream oil & gas operations/ Production Sharing Contract,
- Strong systematic thinking and problem solving skill,
- Strong communication and system skills including advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.

The International Crisis Group was founded in 1995 by World Bank Vice-President Mark Malloch Brown, former US diplomat Morton Abramowitz and Fred Cuny, an international disaster relief specialist who disappeared in Chechnya in 1995. ANALYST
The successful candidate will research and produce reports related to management and prevention of conflict and violence in Indonesia, focusing particularly on national politics and security sector reform and will develop recommendations for the Indonesian government and international community. He/she may also be required to work on other regional issues. Crisis Group is looking for someone who combines excellent field research skills with sophisticated analysis, academic rigour and a strong policy orientation.
