Badan Kepegawaian Negara
adalah lembaga pemerintah Indonesia yang mengatur dan mengeluarkan kebijakan-kebijakan tentang sistem kepegawaian baik swasta maupun negeri. Pegawai merupakan tenaga kerja yang bekerja dalam suatu instansi atau perusahaan baik didalam maupun luar negeri yang berhak mendapatkan upah secara adil. Di Indonesia sering terjadi kesenjangan dan ketidak adilan akan upah atau gaji, ada beberapa perusahaan yang dalam jangka waktu tertentu tidak memberikan kontribusi kepada karyawannya. Jika ada masyarakat atau kelompok yang merasa tidak adil akan kesejahteraan maka dapat melaporkan ke BNP2TKI.

Our institution, LTKER (Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengembangan Ekonomi Regional) will work on a survey to evaluate the quality of local government buildings. Survey location: Central Java and Bengkulu. Due to that, we need 45 personnel to be located on those two provinces as supervisors. This temporary jobs will be awarded a �salary as much as Rp 2.500.000,- per month plus accomodation and transportation allowance Rp 500.000,- per month. The job duration is from October 14th, to December 14th, 2010.

Qualification: S1 Teknik of any field. Prefferably has work experience and resident of those work places.
