Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for managing License, Permit, and its paperworks (IMB, Land Certificate, etc) management related to new stores development and expansion. We are looking for a perfect one. Therefore, he or she must has experiences in such field with strong administrative, negotiation, and management skills. An ideal candidate would come from a company that developed and managed large office building blocks, large-scale real estate projects, large scale plazas and malls, etc.
