Requirements:

* Strong understanding of web services, web design
* Software development skills in C/C++, Visual Basic 2005/2008, NET Framework, Cyrstal reports,J2EE,XML,PHP and other languages, environments, and standards desirable.
* Knowledge in design and web design software such as Photoshop CS3, Dreamweaver CS3, CMS (Joomla and Moodle), Sharepoint Designer 2007
* Required knowledge of RDBMS (such as My SQL, SQL server), Active Directory Windows 2003 server and MS SharePoint Server 2007
* Comfort working with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite.
* Ability to learn complex technical materials and adapt and remain current in a rapidly changing technological
* Ability to set and meet deadlines, manage diverse tasks on
